Our Story

Carte Brunch started as a simple idea: bring people together over good food and even better vibes. What began as a little brunch pop-up for local businesses quickly turned into something bigger when the world shifted in 2020. Like so many, we had to pivot—but instead of slowing down, we found new ways to show up.

We started delivering safe, contactless brunch experiences to homes and businesses, and that’s when our Signature Family Brunch Boards were born. Think charcuterie, but make it brunch—hot, fresh, and classy. They became our way of helping families celebrate milestones and special moments, even from a distance.

In the middle of the pandemic, we dreamed up The Bougie Brunch Pop Up©️—our no-fuss, all-service event experience that brings the party (and the brunch) straight to you. By 2022, we expanded again, this time with a retail product line to make brunch easy, affordable, and accessible from the comfort of your own home.

From day one, Carte Brunch has been about more than food—it’s about love. Founded by a single mom of six (now a proud wife, too 💍), this business has grown with the heart of a family and the hustle of a dream. Along the way, we’ve been blessed to be recognized with honors like Cova Biz Best of Business and Best Stuffed Waffle by The Virginian-Pilot.

Through it all, one phrase has stayed true for us: “Food is Our Love Language.”
